Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us, sign up for our newsletter or book a job, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, your preferred installation date, and any project details you share, such as your vehicle or property. We also keep records of calls, texts, chats and emails with you.

Billing information. Invoices and payments are handled through QuickBooks. Our website does not collect or store credit card numbers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel use cookies and similar tools to collect information such as your device and browser type, the pages you view, how you reached our site, and your approximate location.

• To prepare quotes, schedule appointments, complete the work and send invoices
• To send appointment reminders, follow-ups and requests to review our service
• To send news and special offers, if you've agreed to receive them (you can opt out at any time)
• To answer questions and provide customer support
• To understand how people use our website and to measure our advertising
• To meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations

If you check the text-message consent box on our website, message us through Google or otherwise agree to hear from us, you agree to receive messages from Eco-Tint, including SMS, MMS and RCS messages, about quotes, appointments, follow-ups, review requests and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Some of our message replies and phone calls are handled by an automated AI assistant. If you'd like to talk with a member of our team, just ask and we'll follow up.

We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:

• Roades AI (powered by GoHighLevel): customer records, scheduling, text messages, our newsletter and our AI assistant
• Resend: delivering emails from our website
• QuickBooks: invoicing and payments
• Our website host: running eco-tint.com
• Google and Meta (Facebook): website analytics, advertising measurement and messages you send us through Google

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or our customers' safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Google and Meta may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use our website. You can limit this by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or changing your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

• Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
• Texts: reply STOP.
• Reviewing, correcting or deleting your information: email info@eco-tint.com. We'll update or delete your information unless we need to keep it, for example for invoices, tax records or warranty claims.
• Nevada residents: we do not sell personal information. You may still send a request to opt out of any future sale to info@eco-tint.com.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you, honor warranties, and meet tax and legal requirements, and then we delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system can be completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If the changes are significant, we'll also note them at the top of this page.
